01. Our Data Philosophy

Nisruva Innovations operates on the principle of Zero-Trust Architecture. We believe that user data is a liability, not an asset. Our mission is to provide the world's most advanced media playback tools while ensuring your digital footprint remains entirely under your sovereign control.

Our ecosystem covers: Android (Google Play/Galaxy Store/Amazon), Windows (.exe/.msix), MacOS (.dmg), and Web Services (AdSense Integrated).

02. Information Architecture

We categorize data into three distinct layers to ensure maximum transparency:

Local-Only Metadata Library watch history, playlist structures, and Private Vault entries are stored locally using SQLite/Realm encryption. We have no backend access to this data.

Ephemeral AI Data During Subtitle Translation, text fragments are processed in volatile memory. If using "Offline ML Kit," zero data leaves the device.

Third-Party Identifiers For monetization and analytics, standard IDs (like Ad-ID or Android ID) are utilized by Google and Samsung to provide secure services.

03. Granular Permission Logic

Our applications request permissions only when functionally imperative. Each request is justified by core utility:

Storage/All Files Access: Required for indexing high-bitrate media and managing the AES-256 encrypted Private Vault.
Microphone (Voice-to-Subtitle): Utilized exclusively for real-time AI linguistic processing. No audio is recorded or persisted.
Network & Nearby Devices: Necessary for DLNA/UPnP discovery, Samsung Smart View casting, and Seedr.cc API integrations.
Desktop System Hooks: Our Windows player utilizes system-level API hooks for Hardware Acceleration (DXVA2/NVDEC) and Global Media Keys.

04. Cloud Infrastructure & OAuth

SubsceneLK Player integrates with global cloud providers (Google Drive, Seedr, DeepL) via secured protocols:

OAuth 2.0 Protocol: When you link your Google Drive, the authentication happens directly on Google's servers. Nisruva Innovations never receives or stores your password. We only retain a local 'refresh token' to access the AppData folder for backups.

For Desktop Users: Our software communicates with Subscene.com and OpenSubtitles via HTTPS to fetch linguistic assets. These requests do not contain personally identifiable information (PII).

05. Monetization Ethics (AdMob/AdSense)

To sustain our independent development, we utilize Google's advertising ecosystems. As a user, you should be aware:

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your visit to Nisruva platforms.
The use of the DART cookie enables Google to serve ads based on user interaction across the internet.
Users may opt-out of personalized advertising via Google Ad Settings.

06. Cryptographic Protection

Security is not a feature; it is our foundation. The Private Vault within our player utilizes AES-256 Bit Encryption. Keys are derived from your PIN using PBKDF2. Because we do not store these keys on our servers, data recovery is impossible if the PIN is lost—ensuring absolute privacy.

07. Regulatory Compliance

GDPR (Europe) Users have the right to data portability, access, and erasure. All app-generated data can be wiped by clearing "App Storage."

COPPA (Children) Our software is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

CCPA (California) We do not sell user data. Period. We provide the same privacy rights to all users globally.
